Oulu was one of the cities in Finland hit hard by the layoffs and that has led Nokia to get rid off the empty office space in the area. Nokia has already done a deal with Finnish space provider Technopolis to sell the office space of 37,600 sqm for €30.5 million.
Nokia says it will lease half of the office space and keep doing business in the area as it is.
