The guy who posted a “teaser” for Windows Phone does NOT work at Nokia. – Tom Warren
The original poster who posted the picture is a student involved in a Windows Phone program. Meaning all this is getting really sketchy. For the very least this post is moving to rumors.
Nokia announced its Mobile World Congress event day just recently, but we have been missing those yummy teasers. Microsoft is first to start the game with the above picture, even as it might not be totally official teaser. WPcentral did some digging concerning the guy who posted the above picture to DeviantArt and it seems like we are talking about Scotty Le, who works on Software Quality Assurance for Windows Phone 8 at Nokia.
Quite a trip at Redmond.

It is not confirmed in case you make a guess (either right or wrong , i won’t answer). That is what tease meant to be
Even with the connection to Nokia this seems to concern more Windows Phone, than just Lumias. Could this be the much sought-after big update that adds notification center and some other features Microsoft did not have enough time to add on Windows Phone 8 launch? Time will tell, but it’s clear Microsoft will be present in the world largest mobile phone event.
