Nokia’s so far lowest end Windows Phone, called Lumia 510 is announced in India. India will also be the first market to receive Lumia 510 for the price of Rs. 11,000 . There will be three color options that are red, white and black.
The Nokia Lumia 510 will be available to buy starting in November in India, China, South America and Asia. It will cost approximately USD199, before any local taxes and operator subsidies. – Nokia Conversations
