Rumors where true, almost. Anssi Vanjoki is as of today appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Vertu, not CEO.
Board for Vertu consistant with the EQT’s model as it’s assembled from experienced industry experts to accelerate the company’s growth. Anssi Vanjoki, has been appointed Chairman of the Board - Jussi Nyrölä, representative of EQT
Vertu’s old CEO, Perry Oosting, will keep holding his CEO spot. Nokia still has 10% stake on Vertu, brand that is likely moving to Android very soon. What was it you said couple of years ago, Mr. Vanjoki?
