Did Nokia Lumia 920 just beat iPhone 5 on specifications?

I got a say it’s looking good for Lumia 920 after iPhone 5 was announced today.

Not big fan of these one vs one comparisons but it does drive the point home about iPhone 5 certainly not being anything new to the market. Actually in many cases lacking against Lumia 920. Still the final verdict will be upon us when both are out in the market.

And that maybe is the thing iPhone 5 got against Lumia 920, it’s launch schedule. iPhone 5 will be available Sep. 21. That doesn’t of course include all the markets and it’s quite likely Lumia 920 might find it’s way to some countries first, but it’s still a win for iPhone 5 there certainly.

 

All that said Nokia seems to have great phone in it’s hands and now it’s just about getting the word out. Word that will hopefully get all but louder when the first reviews of Lumia 920 start coming out.

    They should’ve just settled for iPhone 4T (T for taller)… Really, this changes everything… for #Nokia

    I doubt the 920′s CPU/GPU will end up being better, but pretty much everything else is better.
    But the 920 also has refreshed Androids to compete with….
    The tragedy is all of this hw would’ve been on a Harmattan device, or successive MeeGo devices.
    The buzz building up around MeeGo would’ve ramped-up much earlier his yr, when the 3rd & 4th Harmattan devices launched/arrived.
