U.K.’s largest operator Everything Everywhere (joint venture of Orange and T-Mobile) is in talks with Nokia to be exclusive launch partner for one of Nokia’s flagship smartphones.
It’s not mentioned on the article that we are talking about Lumia 920 but it seems obvious.
Release of the device would potentially happen in November and Nokia might be one of the first, if not the first to have 4G phone in the county’s first 4G network scheduled to open just at that time.
The FT has learnt that it has been in talks with Everything Everywhere, owned by France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom, about a potential November launch, around the time Everything Everywhere is expected to open the country’s first 4G network, it added.
