While it looks exactly like the device Nokia should announce next month to gather some attention, there is unfortunately quite a lot going against it. Here are the claimed specifications from the same source who leaked these pictures.
- 4.5″ screen
- HD screen
- 12 MP Carl Zeiss
- DTS sound
- Quad processor
Those FC markings you see are logo for FCC (Federal Communications Commission). It’s where much of the hardware leaks come from and it’s also one of those sources where you can be sure the device is real.
Problem is that anybody who have been browsing that site knows that the pictures taken there are of a horrible quality and never portrayed like this. Federal Communications Commission is more interested about pictures of the whole hardware and not teasers of the device rendered to death.
Specification looks quite sensible other the quad processor that we are not going to see on a Q4 Nokia Windows Phone 8 handset. Whiles DTS sounds a bit crazy i would not be too surprised for something along the lines from a Nokia phone.
Finally the source who is posting this has zero record of previous leaks and is working for a smaller company openly advertising himself on twitter. So this seems more like a attempt to gather followers on twitter than anything else.
Only thing really going for these pictures is that somebody has spent a lot of time to make these render.
