Chris Weber “Samsung take note, next generation Lumia coming soon”

Chris Weber (Head of Markets, North America) has been quite of a vocal executive from Nokia and this comment certainly doesn’t change that.

 

 

I do appreciate the enthusiasm and truly hope the comment is based on some truly amazing devices being released. Thing is you are not going to win anything by saying something like above.
At worst we will see mediocre hardware and you can just watch this comment being used in the media.

There has also been some speculation that the Weber’s comment could mean Nokia is announcing competitor for Samsung Note.

    I wonder if MS has leaked Samsung’s WP devices to Nokia. For some reason Im not waiting anything too extraordinary Nokia among the first batch of products. Even the Nokia’s developer relations guy said that the amazing devices will come next Spring.
    I hope this does not fall in the category of “Beta test is over”. Even the tiniest software bug in WP8 and all non-WP manufacturers can ridicule Nokia.
