Product called Nokia Alpha Engine has appeared in Bluetooth SIG. There’s really not much you can say from the information available other than it has been listed to have Bluetooth 4.0 support.
Windows Phone 8 itself has been listed to have Bluetooth 3.0 support in Bluetooth SIG so that puts a slight barrier of this being Windows Phone 8 device.
Maybe some sort of accessory or something totally different? Whatever it is it’s something as the information posted to bluetooth.org is usually solid in a same way as FCC.
