Vanjoki left Nokia quickly after Elop took the CEO position, place reserved for Vanjoki originally. Vanjoki started investing on several smaller companies (like example GameBook) shortly after leaving Nokia.
Vanjoki is truly happy to see Jolla entering the market. He doesn’t want to give estimates about Jolla’s future, but in general is just happy that something is made using MeeGo. Vanjoki was one of the executives inside Nokia that wanted to replace Symbian on high end with MeeGo.
