We get clearer picture of the similar, or same prototype used in WP8 summit. This time the prototype was used in Microsoft TechEd conference, Amsterdam.
For some reason people got excited thinking this has something to do with some actual Nokia WP8 device while Microsoft made it clear in WP8 summit that the device was just a engineering prototype.
Nokia decided to repeat this statement as it sent this answer to some of the blogs.

There are multiple development hardware platforms and prototypes inside Nokia for Windows Phone 8 and it isn’t going to use consumer ready design in a open event, that should be clear.
